Peace with Love and Conscience

To enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want, we must uphold human rights. Our conscience cannot be so heinous that we can live with ourselves even as we perform inhumane acts towards mankind.

Article 1 of the universal Declaration of Human rights states that “all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights and are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”

On this day, let us remember to show respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without any form of discrimination based on sex, language, race or religion. These acts will ensure stability, well-being, peace and a friendly culture which nurtures good health all around.

You can acquire comprehensive educational, cultural, social and civic action where everyone can learn, give and share; proactively foster peace, not just the absence of conflict and differences by pursuing democracy, justice, inclusiveness, dialogue and cooperation; respect life, human rights, equal rights, freedom of expression, justice, solidarity, tolerance, pluralism and acceptance.
